Esse Bakeheart Wood Fired Cook Stove

The ESSE Bakeheart Wood Fired Cook Stove combines traditional wood-fired cooking with powerful room heating, featuring a graduated-temperature hotplate, generous baking oven and clear firebox viewing window.

Built with ESSE’s renowned British engineering, the Bakeheart uses efficient heat-transfer technology to channel heat from the firebox into the 32-litre oven and cooking hob, while convection panels radiate warmth into the surrounding room.

The graduated hotplate provides flexible cooking temperatures ranging from approximately 190°C at the outer edges to 300°C at the centre, allowing different foods to be cooked simultaneously.

Designed for practical off-grid heating and cooking, the Bakeheart requires no mains services and delivers a 5kW heat output. It is available as a Dry model or a Wet model with an included wetback for additional hot-water functionality.
